What is Yave Pay?

Yave Pay is a unified payment infrastructure that lets you register a card once and use it across all integrated merchants.

Which cards are supported?

Credit and debit cards from all major Korean issuers, plus international PayPal accounts. KRW, USD, JPY currencies supported.

Is my card information secure?

Yes. We use PCI-compliant tokenization — your card number is stored at the payment gateway (PortOne / KCP / KakaoPay / PayPal) and never on Yave servers.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed through the same payment gateway used for the original payment. Most refunds appear within 3-5 business days.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes. Visit the Subscriptions page and click Cancel. Your subscription remains active until the current billing period ends.

What if a payment fails?

If your primary card fails, Yave automatically retries with your next priority card (if fallback opt-in is enabled).

How do I delete my account?

Visit Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. You can also request a full data download before deletion (right to data portability).

How do I contact support?
